Massage treatment room

Are you a new client curious about making your first appointment? We are here to walk you though the scheduling and intake process.

Getting Started

When welcoming new clients, all intake is done in advance before scheduling your first appointment. This allows for full consideration of physical condition to ensure the highest quality of care and alleviates stress for a more relaxing experience on the day of your service.

Here are the steps in becoming a client:

Step 1: All first time clients will need to contact us by phone or email. If you prefer email, please send us your full name, phone number and the email you would like to link to the account. Update: New clients can now schedule their interview online!

Step 2: Your intake forms will be emailed to you and can be completed at your convenience. If you need assistance, we can complete the forms with you over the phone.

Step 3: Once your intake forms are completed and reviewed, the massage therapist will have a phone consultation with you to discuss your treatment and address any questions before scheduling your first appointment.

Step 4: Schedule your appointment! You can do this during your phone consult or online at your convenience.
